The Importance of Muscle Spasm Relief

Here’s what Dr. Williams shared about muscle spasm relief:

“Do you know that muscle spasm can trigger spasm in blood vessels (vasospasm)?

For example, it can cause vasospasm in the brain, if you have muscle spasm in your neck and shoulders.

It can also be in the arm or in the leg or in the abdomen, depending on where the muscle spasm is.

Vasospasm can then create its own problems and limit the blood supply to an area, limit its function and also limit its ability to heal.

And there are many times when it can create a great enough problem that it can kill a person, either by seizure or stroke.

Or it can kill an area of the body to where it has to be amputated.

Over the years, using very simple breathing techniques, we’ve had people that have had cold, swollen painful legs that were scheduled for amputation. And just by a breathing technique and a gentle muscle spasm relief technique, we were able to turn off the vasospam and in 15 to 20 minutes the leg was warmer, softer and less painful and the doctors immediately could see that amputation was not necessary.”

Recipe for Success - How the Rich Becomes Rich?

The rich are not necessarily more clever or luckier than others. The reason that they are rich is their thoughts and action!

1. What is your goal in life?

Most people are confounded when asked this question.

“To be rich” or “To be famous” are worthy goals but they are vague.

If you want to be rich, the first thing that you have to do is to decide your life’s goal and direction.

Bill Gates when asked before he was rich what his goals were, replied that he wants every personal computer in the world to use his operating system software. And now, 90% of the computers in the world use his operating system and he is the wealthiest person in the world today.

2. To be passionate and never, never give up!

Many people give up at the first sign of trouble or hardwork.

Do you persist through to see your projects to fruition.

Edison failed 9999 times before succeeding in bringing light bulb to us.

His passion led him to try and try and try and try and try again!

3. Turn your failure into action

Successful people view failures differently.

When asked what he thought about his failures, Edison replied that he did not fail but had simply discovered 9999 ways that won’t get the light bulb to be lighted!

If you don’t give up, success will be yours ultimately.

4. Leverage

Most people could only think of their limitations.

Many people wants to be rich or to be their own boss.

However, when asked why they have yet to start their ventures, they replied that either they don’t have money or they don’t have the know-how.

Successful people know the power of leverage.

If you don’t have money, you can partner with those that have the money.

If you don’t have the skills, you can engage those that have the skills.

Henry Ford was not an engineer or a mechanic but he was able to start a car empire because he employed engineers who know what to do.

5. Believe that you can be rich

Successful people know that setbacks are but temporary.

Like fine gold that must be purified through fire, setbacks can help to propel us forward.

Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki are two examples of individuals who bounced back even stronger and become even richer after their initial failures.

6. Learn and learn

The rich has a passion for continuous learning.

Many people after leaving school threw their thinking caps behind them.

In this rapidly advancing times, it is crucial that we continuously upgrade our skills.

Learn before you Earn!

7. Luck is reserved for those who are prepared.

In mathematical terms, LUCK = Preparation + Opportunity

So there you are, 7 powerful tips to becoming Rich!

Michael Jackson - Heal the World

I grew up listening to Michael Jackson’s songs.

I was looking forward to his comeback performance in London in July this year.

Unfortunately, Michael has now left us all forever.

His music, however, will continue to live on.

Regardless of whether you like Michael Jackson or not as a person, we cannot deny that he has touched millions of people all around the world.

I would give Michael a five star rating (out of five) in entertaining people as an actor.

And whether you know it or not, Michael’s movement like “Heal The World” has created and raised awareness towards saving our planet and humanity– because he has so many fans, they’re willing to hear Michael’s message.

Michael has also helped to raise fund for many non-profit and charity organizations all around the world.

Now, not everyone likes Michael Jackson and that’s understandable.

Today, when Michael left us - many of us suddenly remembered him.

And I believe (I could be wrong), even those who ridicule him will pause to reflect.

BUT WHY WAIT TILL SOMEONE DIES TO APPRECIATE HIM?

If you want to treat someone well, treat him/her now.

If you want to stop ridiculing someone, stop it now.

If you want to stop being angry with someone, stop it now.

If you want to appreciate something, appreciate it now before it’s gone.

If you want to make someone happy, do it now.

AND, if you want to make yourself happy, DO IT NOW.

Even if nobody dies, time passes so fast and within a blink of an eye, everything changes.

I was just conversing with a good friend, Tony, and he remarked how his mom has aged through the years as he looked at the photos of past years.

You see, Tony’s mom was fit and strong, but suddenly about two months ago, she developed some health challenges and although she has since recovered, somehow she looks different… weaker than what my friend was used to seeing in her.

So don’t take things for granted.

I’m not just telling you, I’m also reminding myself because I’ve been taking things for granted too.

Michael Jackson, rest in peace. You have my respect for your talent, contributions and your heart to ‘heal the world’.

Here’s Michael’s video, “Heal The World”.

What You Need To Know - TNJ & Coumadin/Warfarin

TNJ does not interact with Coumadin/Warfarin.

Many people have their Stress response “turned on”.

This in turn activates the “Reactive Inflammatory Response” that is a primitive immun type response from the Liver. This makes increases all the clotting factors in the blood and makes them HYPERCOAGULABLE.

TNJ reduces this Inflammatory Response, reduces the clotting factors back toward normal, returns their Coagulation back into normal range. When they are Hypercoagulable they require high levels of Coumadin, frequently 5 to 7 mg/day. When coagulation is normal they would reqiure less medication, usually 1 to 2 mg/day. So, we recommend people drink TNJ regularly at 4 to 8 oz daily(120 to 240 ml/day), measure their INR blood test weekly until it is stable for 3 weeks in a row then test monthly. As they require less Coumadin their doctors will decrease the dosage for them.

Herbal Products and Side Effects

I have always been asked whether TNJ is safe to consume, here is what Dr Williams has to say:

Herbal Products

The benefits we were seeing with our research patients were very gratifying.

They also gave us cause to stop and reconsider some of the assumptions and generalizations we had made about Herbal Products.

Many people feel that anything that is natural is safe. Doctors know that is not true.

We see toxic reactions to natural preparations frequently.

We know about natural poisons such as Amanita mushrooms, Alamanda flowers and Bitter Hemlock.

There are many examples. As a result, I have always treated Herbal or Natural products the same as any other drug with all the potential interactions and toxic side effects.

No Toxicity or Overdose

What we were seeing, however, was a product with no overdose potential, no drug interactions except Coumadin/Warfarin (initially considered due to improved intestinal absorption but now thought to be related to reversing various degrees of activation of the Reactive Inflammatory System including CRP, Interleukin 6, and hypercoagulability), and no negative toxic side effects.

How could this be? When we added the fact that only abnormal and not normal functions were affected, it became apparent that this was the pattern of a Nutrient response and not a Pharmaceutical or drug response.

This immediately caused me to divide my concept of Herbal products into two groups; Basic and Fundamental Nutrients and Herbal Drugs.

Herbal Drugs or Phytochemicals have increasing effects with increasing amounts and at some amount will become toxic.

Fundamental nutrients increase in effect to the point that a system requirement is met.

Greater amounts give no further benefit but do not become toxic nor have side effects. Fundamental Nutrients are recognized by your DNA and work under the control of your DNA blueprint.

The next question was why are the two types of response so different?

We believe our research has provided the answers.

First, a Nutrient produces its effects by activating one or more of our internal systems to Normalize or Optimize function. Optimal is 100%, not 2-300%, thus no overdose.

Secondly, all of our Systems are Centrally Coordinated by DNA design (our internal blueprint). Plus, they are Periferally Integrated to operate with all of the body’s other systems without interfering or creating negative effects. However, some systems do work to modify and regulate other systems.

Drugs, whether chemical or herbal, work at the peripheral level without the benefit of System Integration.

This can allow interference with other systems and negative Side Effects.

Some drugs may work at the Central level and cause function outside of the normal range and lose the benefit of Central Coordination.

This is seen as an Overdose with either too much or too little function.

Can a Nutrient act as a Drug?

The answer to this is clearly YES.

Beta-Carotene is an Antioxidant found in many foods, particularly carrots, tomatoes and citrus fruits. It is partially converted to Vitamin A.

Historically, it was found to have preventive and therapeutic benefits in Lung Cancer. However, when Beta-Carotene was given as a Supplement instead of from a dietary source, it had a negative effect.

It has been found that antioxidants given as supplements may exceed the natural balance of food sources and become Pro-oxidants or Toxic.

Vegetables, fruits and nuts have more preventive and protective benefits for Parkinsons and Alzheimers than antioxidant supplements.

This is a part of the reason we all need to eat a complete and balanced diet. Food Supplements work as Nutrients because they are complex balanced combinations of ingredients not isolated chemicals.

Tahitian Noni Juice works in our bodies as a Nutrient without Overdose or negative Side Effects.

Constancy of Purpose is the First Principle of Success

It is critical to your success that you have a well-thought-out plan for your life and that you stick with it regardless of what others may say and the obstacles you encounter.

There will always be faultfinders and those who attempt to persuade you that your goals aren’t worth the effort you put into achieving them.

Those people will never go far, and they will be the first to ask for your help after you have passed them by.

Virtually every successful person has considered giving up at some point in his or her struggle to reach the top. And many breakthroughs occurred soon after those same people rededicated themselves to their purpose.

There is no known obstacle that cannot be overcome by a person who has constancy of purpose, a Positive Mental Attitude, and the discipline and willpower to succeed.
