If I am diabetic, can I take Noni Juice?
Yes.
TAHITIAN NONIŽ Juice contains 28.52 milligrams of potassium per ounce – less than half of the potassium level found in an ounce of orange juice or tomato juice. It is also less than the amount of potassium found in one ounce of apple, grape, or pineapple juice.
We strongly recommend that you measure your blood sugar level. About 70% will find that their blood sugar level come down while the other 30% will find that the blood sugar level goes up. For those who find that the blood sugar level goes up, stop noni for a couple of days, let the blood sugar level go back to where it was before they started taking noni juice. Then take half an ounce a day for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, try to add another half ounce again. Eventually you would be able to go up in half ounce increments from half ounce to one ounce to an ounce and a half, two, three, four ounces or more depending on what you need to do. This may take between 3 to 6 months.
