The 6 Steps to Great Time Management
If you could learn to manage your time well, you could learn how to manage your stress and improve your immune system.
Here’s 6 steps to great time management as taught by Chet Holmes.
1. Touch it once – if you touch it, take action. Don’t open that email or letter until you are ready to deal with it.
2. Make daily lists of the 6 most important things you need to do each day and, by hook or by crook, get those 6 things completed each day.
3. Plan how long each task will take.
4. Assign time slots for accomplishing each task.
5. Focus on the most difficult projects first.
6. Ask yourself, “Will it hurt me to throw this away?”
Master these 6-steps and you will certainly be amazed with your results!
